Have you lost money and are unsure of the exact amount? Are you wondering where you can get this information? We offer you a simple solution:
The most effective way to get an overview of your deposits and withdrawals is through a GDPR query. With the data, we can calculate your losses precisely.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to obtain information about the personal data that companies and other organizations (so-called controllers), such as online gambling providers, store and process about you.
This information initially includes confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed. If this is the case, you can request a copy of this data. In addition, you have the right to various additional information, such as the purposes of the processing, the recipients to whom the data is passed on and the duration of storage.
How do I make a GDPR query?
The easiest way is to fill out the form on our Website We will then send you the completed data protection request by email. You do not need any knowledge to do this and there are no costs for you. As a company, we have already prepared thousands of these requests.
If you would like to make the request yourself, please proceed as follows:
The GDPR does not set out any specific requirements as to how you must submit your request. In principle, you can write an informal letter and send it to the person responsible. In theory, a phone call would also be sufficient.
In practice, however, it is advisable to do so in writing, so that in case of doubt it is easier to prove later that you actually made a request. While an informal letter is sufficient, we recommend a more formal request that refers to the specific legal provisions.
What should be included in such a letter?
Don't worry, you don't have to write this letter yourself. We have a Sample letter prepared, which you can simply adopt and adapt for your purposes.
To make it as easy as possible for you, we have prepared a sample letter for information requests in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR: *insert the Word file*
The passages in [square brackets] are optional and can be used as required. You still have to fill in the data in curly brackets.
Send the letter directly to the person responsible. If the person has a data protection officer, it is advisable to always address the letter directly to this person. You can often find the contact details of companies on their website in the data protection declaration or in the imprint.
